- MWMichael WardJul 2, 20265.0I was in getting a water check, when the girl running the store got four more water tests back to back, three people in line ready to check out, and people needing help finding products. She never lost her cool. She even tried to help some VERY rude customers, didn’t have what they needed, and the people proceeded to belittle her and threatened to call the manager. She shrugged it off, and continued checking out customers. I believe she said her name is Chloe.
- KBKaren BordersJul 2, 20265.0I wanted to say the young lady that helped me today , Chloe was so helpful . She told me exactly what I needed to clear up my pool. I also wanted to add she was working alone and had other customers waiting their turn and a "karen" was very rude to her and jumped ahead of several other customers insisting she get assistance immediately. I felt so sorry for the young lady working. Its hard to keep a smile on your face when dealing with rude people. I also want to add -I followed her instructions that she had written out for me and it worked ! My pool is ready for the 4th ! Thanks to chloe. Keep your head up young lady. Not everyone is rude.

Said you didn’t have it and the website shows 3 at this location. She did not call any manager for guidance, told us we needed to come back tomorrow. Frustrated and disappointed at the service.

Then I guess i force her to walk to front to look. She could only look up sku and couldn't help me. Amazing. Zero help. If I knew that I can order myself online. Go somewhere else
