I was very happy with him and the chair that I selected and I'm looking forward to receiving it after it's delivered.

The second delivery date was today but they were a no-call/no show. We ordered the chair on February 25th and we still dont have the chair on May 2nd! La-Z-Boy did refund the delivery fee last week but now I have to request a full refund since we still dont have the lift recliner! SUPER FRUSTRATING and the part that make me extra angry is that my mom still can't recline when she needs to, to combat her legs swelling.

I got a postcard in the mail from La-Z-Boy saying they can fit furniture to any room so I thought why not give it a try. I went with low expectations, thinking I couldn’t get something that I liked even if it would fit. I was greeted at the door by Stephanie that turned out to be such a blessing. She was so friendly and upbeat and was like a friend with me And helped me along the entire way. Long story short we got some furniture to fit my room and I love it so much and so grateful that I stopped in that day. I saw lots of reviews that said La-Z-Boy made cheap furniture, but I feel the total opposite. Although it was very expensive, I feel like it is very well-made and it looks beautiful.. I’m very very happy with my purchase. Thank you to Stephanie, my guardian angel, for helping me along the way!
