  Purchased a cloth covered reclining couch. Sales people were nice. Ours seemed actually concerned with making sure we would be happy with our choice. No pressure. I would do business with her again. As for the couch....when it was delivered, the two man crew were respectful and polite. But they didn't attach the seat backs correctly. Both backs on either end almost fell off sitting in them. I didn't report this because frankly if they didn't do some so simple right the first time, why would you ask them to do it again? I managed to put the backs in place to properly test the foot rest, lumbar and head rest. Not impressed. I'm not sure if it felt different when we tried it out on the showroom floor, but ours feels loose and clunky. I even examined the components underneath to make sure more things were not out of place. Nope. But every piece of linkage and every joint has a good amount of sloppy play in it. This means every time you sit down, it sounds like a bean bag full of wrenches and wooden handle hammers rattling around. When you set you position, it doesn't stay like that for long. The head rest falls out of place until it settles into a point of good resistance to what ever mechanism controls it. The lumbar is a constant. Never stays either. The foot rest is loose feeling. Much like all I mentioned earlier. You would swear every nit and bolt on the thing is loose. Also, the presets are pretty useless other than getting everything about where you want it, because they all need adjusting into place for the afformentioned reasons. I grew up in a Lazy-Boy house hold. Multiple peices of furniture. This couch isn't even close to the same quality. The frame is press wood, not solid. Everything rattles like it could fall apart any second, the cushioning feels uneven. And forces you to list towards the center of the couch. (Btw, I'm a fairly fit person on a smaller body frame. There is no reason for this other than poor deisgn and or craftsmanship.) Lastly, is a regret of personal choice to have chosen the classic style with (supposedly) cushioning padding. It's uglier than sin in our house. Even with our eclectic decor, it's just.....ugly. the material feels meh- and the thing as a whole looks out of place to anyone from Gen X forward. Will not be buying another Lazy Boy. Ever.

  Lazyboy products and services aren’t what they used to be. Product is expensive to have a brand new chair arrive of the truck broken. Delivery drivers did not speak English which didn’t help the situation. The chair was taken back on the truck. I received a delivery receipt via email from Lazyboy stating the chair was being returned to the store. The delivery driver forged my initials on the Lazyboy document.

  The buying experience we had, with the sales associate Bruno, was great. Bruno showed us all the options and was able to find exactly what we wanted. He was a great listener and was knowledgeable. He didn't rush us and was able to all our questions.

  We had an awesome experience with Lazyboy and with Bruno our salesman. He put me in just the right chair. It’s a neutral color rocker recliner. I came in for a lift chair but the chair he fitted me in is even better. It even has memory for the positions you like best. I love my new Lazyboy chair and the excellent service I received from Bruno.

  Had a great expereince with Bruno and Mikel this week. Bruno listened to exactly what I wanted and led me to a great product at the price that I had seen online. I chose to pay for a delivery and Mikel did a great job, even taking my old chair apart for me so that I could move it more easily. The delivery was made 2 days after my purchase on a Sunday. Great service! Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with. I will look at La-Z-Boy for any future needs.
