I was pleased with my rental so much so, I ended up renting 3 units in total. Lacey in the office was amazing!
I do not recommend renting from them for several reasons. Security is not good, my units were tampered with and the gates are left open too much. Water has leaked into a couple of my units. What has really bothered me is that a couple months of renting then my bill is going up, each unit they are charging me more and more each month. I was not made aware of the unit prices to change especially after just a couple months. I feel it is a scam to get you in at a lower price then raise it because they can and you have to pay it or get locked out. Nobody wants to move out just to move to another facility. They are wrong and this is bad business. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone getting storage units it is a scam to lure you in! Hope this saves the next person all this trouble...
