Setting up move in was super easy on their website. Access was super easy with the app. The unit was clean and easy to access. There were always carts nearby for unloading. You get to keep the locks you pay for after your use is over. Karen at the front office is always very kind and accommodating. If you’re on the fence about which company to use for your storage needs, you won’t be disappointed using Extra Space in Fern Creek.
