    Corey & Chad are awesome, if you’re going to use extra space storage, 8002 Warwick is the way to go ! They always make sure I’m taken care of. Building is always clean. Corey has a great crew ! Only storage I will use. ❣️

    BEWARE! My original price was in the $30s. After a few months they changed it to $47. After 1 year they are doubling it to $94. I'm living overseas and now I have to figure out a way to get someone to move all my stuff out and find a new storage company. DOUBLING my price!! Trippling from what I originally started with!

    James was excellent! Very helpful and friendly. Helped me understand all the aspects of the facility and how to gain access easily. The facility is well kept and clean and in great condition. Very pleased so far! Thank you, especially to James who was very professional as well as friendly and enjoyable to visit with.

    Easy breezy setting up same day. There is an actual human who calls to make sure you are good to go after everything is done online. Already impressed with the appearance and maintenance and ease of use. I’ve had a disappointing experience with another storage area that used everything over Bluetooth, so I am happy to have this unit with a manual lock.

    Move-in day I thought things went great. Downhill all the way afterward. The second time we went to put more things in storage the lights were out in our section. I went to the office to report it, but the door was locked on a Monday morning and when I finally found someone, I was told it was a known issue and that a ticket has been submitted for repair. Two and three weeks later, the light is still out. Our unit is at the end of the hall, and therefore extremely dark. After bruised shins and overall frustration, I go to the office and again, no one available to report it to. After searching and finally locating someone, I reported it again. I was told again that a ticket had been submitted for service, but they had no control over when it would be repaired and no estimate as to when or how long it would take. After 7 weeks, and still no lights, we had to move our things out on a Sunday afternoon, in the dark, which took much longer than it should have. I made five phone calls that same day trying to at least get someone with a flashlight, but the advertised 24/7 access isn’t really 24/7. And don’t bother calling customer service because they transfer you back to your local office which is no help at all. Had a great experience with another storage company a little further away but trust me next time that will not be an issue because I will never use ExtraSpace again.
