I got a unit from these people earlier this week it ended up being too small and I found a better deal with another location same company extra space storage but on Preston I tried to move to that unit these people told me even though I called the same day I bought the unit that I could not transfer to that other location and that they could not give me a refund because I paid with cash and they don't give cash refunds so I came up here two days later and got a larger unit The unit was posted online for $34 a month for a 4x12 so I got there thinking I would just have to pay the difference also he told me I could not get the $34 rate I had to take a $38 rate which again is ridiculous this was the manager Nathan who also told me the other day what can we do to keep you at this location then when I come back he does me like this these people will take advantage of your hardship I would highly not recommend anyone use this place and make the same mistakes

I have an indoor storage unit on National Turnpike, pay over a hundred dollars a month. The main gate has been broken for a week. I called on a Sunday to report could not reach anyone, so I called first thing Monday morning was told it would be fixed that afternoon. Went back the following Friday and it’s still not fixed.
Also, they no longer have a hand cart inside because people keep stealing it and they have no plans to replace it.
