Last December, they cut my lock off my unit and swapped it to one of their own without asking me. Never got my lock back and instead was told that I’d have to come in to get my keys. Conveniently every time I went to get my keys for about a week, the office was empty for hours on end. Oh, my favourite part was when their A/C broke and they left all my items in the sweltering heat of summer and never informed me! All of my items melted and half of my unit is trash. I moved across town for half the price and a much larger unit. They must bot their reviews because I don’t think I’ve had a good experience in the almost 2 years I was here. And! The “gate” is almost always open for anyone who wants to wonder in ☺️ Good riddance to this place and I highly recommend you find a place that has a single care to give!
