Gloria was so kind and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and walked us to the unit and demonstrated how to close it when we asked how. My friend and I are sharing this unit so we asked about having another person with access and Gloria explained that process as well. I highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Gloria!

Attendant at location Greenwood Rd louisville kentucky kept trying to charge the higher regular rate instead of the special rate cheaper I was told previously and I noticed that the automatic entry gate as well as the exit gates stayed open after someone activated much too long allowing anyone else drive through instead of closing immediately after passing through the gates. NOT A VERY SECURE PRACTICE. I do not like the fact that the 10x10 storage walls do not go floor to ceiling, the top 2 feet of wall allows you look over into and climb over into the adjacent surrounding storage if someone wanted to they could steal your belongings. I would not recommend this facility to others

I'm currently storing my belongings in a friends storage here and ended up wanting a storage of my own and the gentleman at the front seat was very nice quick to help me and my husband and we got a good price on our storage unit as well! Luckily I can move my stuff across the way Instead of loading it up and moving it somewhere else with more hassle, definitely will store with them again if I ever need to store my stuff again! (:
