I thought I knew what the problem was and had tried a few things on my own, but nothing worked. Eliot came out, took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, and was completely honest with me. He explained exactly why we were having the problem in the first place (something no one else had done) and laid out a clear, effective solution. His knowledge and professionalism immediately made me feel like I was finally in good hands. He made a noticeable difference at both locations. The results were fantastic and I finally have peace of mind.
