Josh & Colby were prompt and friendly. They looked for the root of the issue and even called me after the appointment to let me know a home remedy to quickly resolve an ant issue.

Aptive used to be good . Never had an issue. Then the price got to be too much so I cancelled my account. Recently I tried to give them another try . The person I spoke with gave me a good price then things fell apart. Had an appointment and no one showed up . I called and was given another appointment. Again I got no showed and here’s where the problem escalated. Aptive has out sourced their customer service so when I called and got someone in a foreign country I asked for someone in the US and was told there was no one. I told what happened and said I no longer was using Aptive. Suddenly I was transferred to a lady in Texas . Told her I no longer was using Aptive. She offered me a great price and a credit to try it one more time. I agreed and she was to send me email confirmation. It never happened. I’m done with Aptive.

Price for services are reasonable considering what they offer. Set up a time for the first treatment and the tech showed up on time (actually a little early). He explained everything he was going to do and answered my questions. So far, very happy with services and the way we were treated.

The simplicity of not having to be home for outdoor pest control, and the ability to reach the high hornet nest. All Staff friendly, helpful, and generally care about getting rid of bugs, insects, mosquitoes, wasps/hornets. It’s still early but I can’t wait to enjoy my outside/and inside my home after a few treatments.

Color me unimpressed. Some was my fault by not answering the technicians text message. I knew I wouldn't be home, so I forwarded to my sister, who was there. She expected some minimal interaction, a knock at the door. But despite the front door being open and two people visible thru the sliding door in the rear, the tech never made an effort to contact. He was there and gone in less than 15 minutes, leaving a boilerplate summary of services and a bunch of pictures. And also leaving the back gate wide open and tracking dog shit up my driveway. The tech explained, in a subsequent text, that my failure to reply to his original text indicated I didn't need any indoor work. I'm not sure how those two actions fit together.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
