- THTrisha Hunter4 days ago1.0If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Submitted my $1000 order for delivery on April 28th, it's now May 16th and I'm without my delivery still. Needed delivery due to large, heavy order. I have been rescheduled over and over again. 1st time, we didn't see your online order and we don't have a driver. 2nd time was the truck broke down, 3rd time was the forklift broke down, and I'm now on indefinite hold. Apparently London, ky lowes only has 1 truck, 1 driver, 1 forklift. Calling to speak with someone about your delivery? Good luck, because no one knows what is going on and you get false promises and information. I called corporate to see what they can do regarding the issue, nothing! So I had to cancel my order and go somewhere else. Worst experience I've ever had with lowes.
- LMLed McgregorMay 6, 20261.0Went here cause I needed a a lot of 2×4s had it blocked off where I needed to go had forklift back there getting wood I guess went to other side didn't see where was blocked off worker says you can't go back there...smelled perty bad where guy was standing he must have passed gassed...yep I left...lowes in corbin is a lot better than this one the parking lot here is aweful too...corbin has a great parking lot...don't go here much...prob go even less now

West and Sam are very professional, friendly, customer-focused and knowledgeable about the trucking equipment they used to transport materials. But I have a little thing called a budget!!! But every single person was as friendly as can be with smiles. I love to deal with people who enjoy what they do... What i really want is for Lowe's to build a store in Booneville KY i would have to say that they would put a lot of lumber yards or home centers out of business.

They made me ask 20 questions about pricing of wood cutting, I was fine with 2 dollar price for the cuts, it's completely understandable, a company needs money right? but I was treated like I'm some kind of idiot that doesn't know what to do, like I'm some kind of foreigner, basically I'm going back and forth on whoever worker there was and even one complained I had needed to cut wood, sassy cleaner goes nah no way..... I hope you guys are satisfied even not understanding my mental differences... consider a customer lost, manchester lumber company does me better, at least they try to help, and they do... this place doesn't even deserve a star... Oh and forgot to add, they asked me to wait to cut wood, I waited for almost 20 no show, I asked again, they complained about why no one was there and basically I was some inconvenience....
