- DBDenise Bennett5 days ago1.0Apparently, I’m not the only one who feels that the store manager ANNA is rude! I came in with a return that was past 60 days and I was told I couldn’t get in-store credit, in which I had to go back in and show her that on the back of the receipt it clearly states that in-store credit is allowed. She was basically rude the entire time and then felt the need to tell me twice that the new policy is 30 day returns which clearly I then stated they need to update the back of the receipt paper because that’s not what mine stated. I buy so much from this store and have never returned anything. She’s an example of the reason-why people will choose to stop shopping there! Regardless of any situation, managers of all people should treat their customers kind - she clearly lacks managerial skills!
