- MHMindy HawkinsMay 8, 20261.0Very misleading, not helpful - advertise 24/7 access and its NOT (unless you buy a premium package which they dont tell you in advance). They wouldn't allow us to upgrade to get the 24/7 access and said we needed to get another unit to get that - then told us "oops that one doesnt come with the 24/7 access" they then wanted to sell us a 3rd unit to get the access and then said if it isnt on the same floor you cant get access to the original unit. Almost 3 hours later and still no access...wouldn't recommend! Utterly ridiculous since my agreement was based on 24/7 access! Very frustrated!!
