Employees are all over the store, unless you have a question or need help. They disappear if they see you looking for help. The only exception to this is Steve in the electrical department. I don't know if he's still with them, since I haven't seen him for awhile. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Floyd is helpful too. The rest, terrible. Also, if you are a female and go to the tool area without a man with you, DON'T expect any help. They will walk by you a 100 times and never even acknowledge you. But, they will ask every man there if he needs help finding anything. That happened several times to me. I reported it to the manager and He just laughed it off. There's so many other things that I could say on here, but honestly, it doesn't matter. They won't ever change. Hopkinsville is so limited on stores, that people will continue to go there, no matter how bad this store is.

Today was my second visit to this store. I happened upon the nice young man that had helped me last week in electrical and he tried his best to help me today but to no avail. Yal just can't have everything. Anyway I just want to give an attaboy and thank you to Miles for helping me both days. He listened both days to this Krazy ol' woman wanting stuff and not knowing anything about what I wanted but a list with the stuff I needed.
Today when I went not only did I find Miles but two other employees that went beyond what I am sure what was expected of them. No, I didn't get their names. One was the girl watching the checkout, kinda strawberry blonde long, she had it tied up. Super nice, helped me with check out. The others were the guys outside go two chairs down for me. One was a tall white gentleman with a beard, he unlocked the chairs. The other was a black gentleman that when I went to pick them up he just took XO them into the store for me then took them to the car and we got them in it. These folks were kind. Off course they were doing their job but they were genuinely nice and friendly while doing their job.
Please give these folks an extra thank you from me for doing their job very well and representing your store well in the customer service department.
Not all stores can have this said about their employees but you can and you should be proud to have these people representing for you.

I will never order from this location again. They delivered rusty nails that were half fallon out of the box. Blocked my customer in her driveway instead of calling me to ask me where to place my materials. Ran over my cattle panel with a loader. And 2 items on my order never got delivered its been 2 months and i have not received a refund for them.

I went to Lowe’s exactly 12 days ago and purchased a dishwasher, I also elected to buy the 5 year warranty and paid for delivery, set up and take away of the old dishwasher. I tried to arrange delivery but the stupid AI computer of the delivery contractor kept trying to talk to my home answering machine, even though I gave them my cell number. Finally delivery today ( I thought). The delivery people ( two females) showed up. I was originally told the new dishwasher would be a tight fit , too close to my counter top. I said it has adjusters right? She replied they only work up and down, not sideways! I said “ and” ???? Ten minutes later she told me the new dishwasher wouldn’t fit because it’s too wide, I only had a 24” opening and the dishwasher was 24 1/4 “. She asked what I wanted her to do, I said take it back if it’s not going to work. She NEVER TRIED to bring the new dishwasher in and see if it would fit. I went back to the store, my purchase had already been canceled and supposedly my money will be refunded. A very good employee named Christian checked the dimensions of the purchased dishwasher on-line and found that it would have fit, horizontally and vertically if they would have tried! Your new delivery system sucks and your contracted installers don’t know what they’re doing! I will never buy another appliance from Lowe’s. I gave two stars only because of the Lowe’s employee, Christian.
