Absolutely terrible delivery service took off a day work to get a washer and dryer delivered and they decided not to deliver it saying the Driver could not make it so you wasted my time and plus I could’ve been working. Don’t ever get anything from Lowe’s and now they’re saying they won’t deliver until Wednesday. Are you freaking kidding me this is terrible customer service.
Update for fellow shoppers they brought me a completely dented destroyed washer today. So now they’ve dented my washer & completely wasted my time

My hot water heater broke down, we ordered a new one and installed it ourselves cause the install was fairly simple. Only got 2 days out of it and it broke down. I called lowes to see if they would make it right, we got to a point where they were gonna send a new water heater. Day of delivery happens, I wasn't aware the old water heater needed to be unhooked, I thought the delivery guys would do that. I rush home from work, get it unhooked, only for lowes to go "well just refund you for the water heater, you gotta call a plumber" I've been over a week at my house without hot water because of all this, ill NEVER do business with lowes of any kind of they won't even bother to take care of their customers when they sell faulty products
Update on this, got them to come pick up the hot water heater after a week of trying to get them to pick it up, i kept getting pushed off and told "we will call you back" with no call back. And now, my $500 return STILL hasn't been processed! I had to go through the credit card company to get this resolved. Ya'll missed the mark alright, you wanna improve things? Straighten out your incompetent management team.

I’m extremely disappointed with Lowe’s installation service. It honestly feels misleading.
I purchased three items from Lowe’s, and each one came with an installation fee of around $150ish almost $500 total. The installation was scheduled for yesterday, but the technician called to say his car had broken down and asked to reschedule for today (7/9).
Today, I received a text saying “Installation Complete,” even though nobody ever came to my house.
When I called the store, I was transferred three different times before finally reaching someone who handles installation concerns. After putting me on hold to contact the installation company, the only answer I got was that they “might” reschedule it. When I explained that we won’t even be home next week and will be away for almost a month, there was still no assurance that the installation would be completed today.
Charging customers nearly $500 for installation, marking the job as “complete” when no one showed up, and then offering no clear resolution is simply unacceptable. I expect much better service and accountability from a company like Lowe’s.
