Worst Lowe's store I have ever experienced. Just moved to the area and went there TWICE to purchase a washer & dryer...couldn't get a single person to assist. As I was leaving the .anager saw the frustration and asked if everyone was was OK, I explained the problem, he apologized and said he'd address it and ask for him next time if a problem. Went and purchased from Home Depot. Went back 2 days later to get a cord for the range, the same manager walked by after waiting another 30 minut3s for help and asked if he could help..as I was saying Yes, he just continued walking on by. So I guess his asking was just habit. Purchased off Amazon while in the store. Went back 2 weeks later for a lawn mower and tiller. SAME experience, not a sole responded to pages or offered to help, stood around on their phones or talking in their groups. Left again and purchased from Ace Hardware in Jackson. Just tried again for their Kobalt Drill and Impact driver combo sale they had going on, once again, nobody helped or answered the pages. I couldn't get the item and check out because it was locked in the cage. Left and purchased a different set from Home Depot and had delivered .....see the theme!!! It was bad enough that I sent an email to corporate and of course, generic response apologizing but surprisingly, they kind of blamed the store's location as an excuse. Lesson learned. If you have to, go ahead just know you will be on your own and don't expect much help. I will compliment one young lady in lawn and garden who checked me out. She saw me loading 16 bags of mulch and a disability, God bless her she at least offered to assist. She was excellent in checking out and genuinely seemed courteous and polite. I believe her name was Breanna maybe. Either way, Thank You for being the absolute ONLY bright spot for an otherwise really horrible excuse for a Lowe's store. Do Better People, it's kind of your job when you chose to work at a Home Improvement store.

This place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service I waited for 15 minutes before having to flag down a worker in lumber for wood and waited 10 minutes in the drill aisle waiting for someone to get me a drill which never showed up don’t come here unless you can get the items you need yourself

Ordered mulch to be delivered. Third party was hired by lowes. Sent picture of unloading in tractor supply parking lot. Ripped off. Sent me a photo for mockery. Lowes says is not thier problem. No refund and lost 100 dollars.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
