Hate to say but the Aaron's in Indianapolis, Indiana beat out the Aaron's in Kentucky by a lot. The store in Glasgow Ky.is by far the worst. They are rude and very disrespectful have hung up on my wife have charged us for home visits and no one ever came to our house. They have lied to us and cheated us out of money. I could go on and on but I won't I think you get my point! WE WILL NOT BE DOING ANYMORE BUSINESS WITH AARON'S IN GLASGOW KY.We even tried to make a payment today and they hung up on my wife. How Ridiculous and Rude and ignorant and Disrespectful!!!.🤬
- S7Stevo 78Jan 10, 20191.0My wife and had called them 3 times and asked about a matress told them we were having to drive around 40 min are they sure they had it in stock and what the price was they assured me that's what it was and the had it well when my wife got there it had been sold before and they would try to sell us a lesser mattress I told my wife to leave and we wont be back if you gotta lie to get people in the store not the kinda people we want to do business with

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
