Went to get 3 cuts of lumber cut for slats for a bed. In bit of a jam since driving in from out of state, finding bed on the floor, and no other option only to find the saw isn’t working. In lumber? Not willing to work with me in any capacity. I was told the manager knew of the problem and apparently nothing has been done to resolve the problem. Now I see it’s been torn up since last year! Seriously! No other Lowe’s in sight. Will be looking for district supervisor. Lowe’s is my “go to “ store in Florida. What’s wrong Kentucky?

Went to the Frankfort, Ky Lowe’s to purchase flooring for two rooms and a hallway due to past experience I knew that I would go in having to find my items myself but this time I feel that this Lowe’s has reached a new low. found flooring, no marking no parts number just a green sticker after an hour finally found some an employee walking through asked “I” for help. She took the number off the green sticker and stated” I guess we don’t have that anymore” and walked away knowing this is how my experience in the store has been every time I’ve been here. Customer service is nonexistent, kept trying to look through all the aisles for this item box by box this employee again walk-through I asked is there anyway that you could get somebody else to help me? She called on the radio kept looking at her watch nobody would respond. I told her to forget it, I would go to the front of the store and find someone went and asked the cashier to see the manager. She said the manager had been bit by one of the RIDICULOUS dogs that they let roam around the store. Apparently, there was another person who was manager or acting at the time they tried to contact her, but she had a do not disturb either on her door or on her phone and they could not reach her,
needless to say as incidents like this are very common in my experience the many times before. I left this store without when I was looking for after spending two hoursc I had pretty much had enough, I was not disappointed because this type of incident has been my experience many many times before so I’m gonna spend the extra money and go to Lexington to hopefully find what I need. The Lowe’s in Frankfort is horrible. Has no customer service and nobody seems to care. I would give it less than one star but you can’t do that and leave a review.

Pro Services and registers gets a 100/10. The Bills, Olivia and others are absolutely amazing and always there when I need them. The customer service desk on the other side is always rude, not willing to come up with a solution, and I always end up at the pro services desk and they always solve the problem that the customer service desk claims couldn't be solved.

Deceitful business practices on the Lowe's website. Buyer beware- If you order something to be delivered, it could be contracted through some kind of third party service. They may or may NOT show up with your delivery. (Even if you pay a $40 delivery fee.) If you call Lowe's when the order doesn't show up, they will tell you they have no way to contact the delivery service and can't do anything about it. The website DOES NOT mention or tell you when you order that it's through a random 3rd party. VERY SHADY business practice by Lowe's corporation. In our case it was several bags of mulch. The store manager did make it right but Lowe's Corp. needs to provide clarity on WHO is making the delivery WHEN you place the order.
