Amazing front desk help. Very accommodating. No elevators, pull right up to your storage unit.

I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. The management is constantly adjusting prices and fees to keep storage in collections. After illegal debt collection practices, I was forced to hire an attorney.

I had a great experience with this self storage location. The staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. My unit is the perfect size for my needs and is clean, well maintained, and easy to access. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for reliable storage!

I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience with this storage facility. After falling behind due to difficult circumstances, the fees kept piling up faster than I could manage. Instead of working with me to find a solution, they auctioned off my entire storage unit — everything I owned and valued. What makes this worse is that after profiting from the auction, they still reported the balance to my credit report. So not only did I lose all of my belongings, but I was also left with a negative mark that has made rebuilding my life even harder, including trying to buy a home. This experience has been devastating. I would strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully and understand how they treat customers during hard times. No one deserves to be taken advantage of like this.

I feel that I can no longer give the rating or kind remarks I bestowed upon them earlier. Due to the horrible way I was treated at the end of my stay in their facility. I was in the process of downsizing and Rebecca offered to help me by granting me the use of a smaller locker... I was going through a death in the family, a job lose, the lose of a place to stay. Caring for a disabled son and my deceased brothers house, 6-7cats and I'm finally back trying to work on packing a uhaul an a cat dives into the locker. The situation flared into a mess and us being in the facility after hour's for sometime trying to do as told with reguard to catching the pet. She was treating us so disrespectfully by this point for thing's we couldn't help I walked out. Now there's quite a bit going on here, I had offered repeatedly to pay for the use of the extra locker right up to her verbal assault and after. We dicovered she locked us in and refused to let us out... I called police and said she was unlawfully detaining us and she was telling her boss god knows what and the cops were told we were trespassing... She shut off our code... Anyway the cops pushed us to wrap up, lock up and leave. I had two vehicles, one driver, 7 cats and two of us, stressed, disabled and I ended up going to the hospital. I get back and I find out that the locker kept the uhaul, bad move and the cops allowed my unlicensed disabled son to drive my car off the property. I am very upset with the treatment I experienced and being accused of theft of the smaller locker when I was ordered to lock them and leave. I was also told if i wanted the rest of my belongings I would need to go to court. I want to talk to the owner with reguard to my treatment and the whole situation. But if I were dying, I would rather die than crawl there for help.
