From the start, they had great communication, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work in a timely manner. It looks better than we could have imagined!

We had what felt like a big project with new stone, sod, concrete removal, French drain etc. and Maddox did a great job. We really liked our team that laid the stone for us. Our designer was Rodney and was very helpful and quick to respond and communicate. Helped us after the project was done for a few small issues and was quick to come back and make things right.

Additional meetings can be arranged to help you visualize the final result. Once everything is finalized, you'll sign a contract and provide a 30% deposit to secure your spot on our schedule.

We do not offer a warranty on sod or grass seed, as their survival depends entirely on proper watering and care after installation.
Do you offer a warranty on garden center plant purchases?
We provide a 6-month warranty on garden center plant purchases, excluding annuals. Plants installed by Maddox come with a 1-year warranty.
