I imagine mulch would be three or four dollars a bag, but I spent about five dollars a bag and it was worth it for the convenience and customer service. God bless and thank you for your time!

Rodney has always been great to initially work with regarding bid/design and Kim and the ladies in the office have always been kind and accommodating with calls. Although, the true test of a business is how they handle things when something goes wrong. Without going into boring details of what specifically happened in May 2026, and still not corrected as of August, I was told “it’s busy season and we can’t just drop everything to come back, plus they were running behind due to the rain”. I was understanding and patient. On August 10, 2026, I decided to phone into the office and let the manager/owner know my concerns. I was assured that the message would be passed onto Mark, one of the owners. My theory has always been that if you don’t know what’s not working it can’t be fixed. As of September 8, 2026, I still have not received a call back from the manager/owner. Obviously, supporting this business many times over the years meant nothing. My support will now go to another landscaping business going forward that place a high priority on customer satisfaction. Beware!

We have worked with several contractors on different house projects over the years, and this experience was definitely the most seamless. From the start, they had great communication, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work in a timely manner. It looks better than we could have imagined!

Additional meetings can be arranged to help you visualize the final result. Once everything is finalized, you'll sign a contract and provide a 30% deposit to secure your spot on our schedule.
Do you offer a warranty on sod and grass seed?
We do not offer a warranty on sod or grass seed, as their survival depends entirely on proper watering and care after installation.
Do you offer a warranty on garden center plant purchases?
We provide a 6-month warranty on garden center plant purchases, excluding annuals. Plants installed by Maddox come with a 1-year warranty.

Project changes and adjustments are coordinated directly between the designer and the customer. We prefer to finalize all changes before work begins, but with proper communication and planning, modifications can be made during the project through change order agreements.
