We bought a storm door from Lowe’s in Florence Ky. The sales rep showed us a premium door with a security screen we liked. When we asked the rep if that screen came with door we ordered she said yes. When the door was installed it was just a regular screen not the one we were told would be included. We were told that we could cancel the order and have the new door already installed and get the one we were told we were getting for an extra $300.00 and would need to pay a new installation charge. I have tried to talk with managers and they are always too busy to discuss this issue. They never return the calls they promise to make. I have been a loyal customer for many years but will never purchase major items from them again

I stopped in today to compare quality and pricing with home depot since I am considering moving my business to a Lowe's pro account. While looking around the flooring and HVAC registers an associate named Jack offered to help. We had good quick conversation and made my browsing experience joyous. I will be highly considering moving my business to Lowe's based on the friendly engagement with its associates.

Picked out carpet at Lowe’s. I believe a third party took over the project. We are not pleased. The seam is in the worst possible place and is very prominent. The men who actually put the carpet down tried every way possible to place the seam in a better place but couldn’t be done. My complaint is with those who cut the carpet. Our next project is new flooring in the entire lower level but Lowe’s will certainly not get the job.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
