FYI- WE LEFT LOWES AND WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND SPENT OUR MONEY THERE. AND OPENED A HOME DEPOT CARD. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just left this store for the very last time. Please be careful before giving them any of your hard earned money. We have spent over $60,000.00 at this store in the last 3 years. We had the Lowe's reward points to spend in the store when we were ready to. We went today to buy a pressure washer and use our points. We were told today that we could not use them because they expired. They definitely do not mention that you have 30 days to use them or we sure would have. And then when you ask them to explain at the counter the response is too bad they expired. Asked for a manager and was told we had to call the 800 customer service line. We called there and got ahold of a guy that barely speaks English which is not so bad until he puts you on hold for 14 minutes and says he asked a manager and they told him too bad they should not have let them expire. With the tight competition in the area you can go anywhere and be treated a whole bunch better. Lowes lost a 25 year customer today. Be smart before walking in the door.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
