She first let me try several rockers to get the field for what kind of comfort I like to have and the size of the rocker. Then she proceeded to get me mad asked for. She was very efficient very knowledgeable very helpful and an overall pleasant person.

Two of my daughters were in town visiting with me and decided to go with me to pick out the fabric. Stephanie. Was do very patient with us as we went pulled out sample after sample of fabric and carpet samples . Emily and Stephanie brought the samples to our home so that we could see the samples in the actual room which helped us make our final choice. Then we had 1 final appointment with these ladies at the store. Emily had a 3D layout of our room showing the rug and the furniture placement of each piece. We placed our order, made the deposit and are looking froward to our delivery and setup in about 8 weeks.

The service tech stated the motor is bad and he will have to order one. The problem is he cannot tell me how long it will take. He stated 2 weeks to 6 months. I shouldn’t have to sit in a $1300 dollar broken chair which is new. Is this the type of warranty work all buyers will get?

She checked on us throughout our roaming of the store and we usually had a question for her. She was very knowledgeable or would look up the answer if she did not know. It was usually a stock question in which she had to verify. She was very efficient without rushing us. I highly recommend Sabrina for management!
