We walked in to La-Z-Boy, and was approached by Alice Messmer to help us. She knows her business. We are Senior Citizens, and we were looking for recliners, but most important comfort. We compared 4 different Companies/Stores, and this was absolutely the most comfortable product. Alice was very helpful, and made us feel very important. She would not let us leave without a quote. We ended up purchasing a beautiful Dorian Living Room Set. And it will be delivered next week. I recommend Alice Messmer, at La-Z-Boy Furniture in Florence for all your furniture needs. Semper Fi. Furniture was delivered today. Man it looks good. Very comfortable. Thank you for a very good shopping experience.

Came back a day or two later, and Alice worked with us took very good care of us and answered all of our questions we are very pleased with the service we received from the La-Z-Boy store in Florence. They were so kind and helpful to us. Our two new rocker recliners are arriving Thursday and we can’t wait to get them.
