- AGAmanda GrayApr 9, 20262.0I come here regularly. I came in tonight after running an errand this afternoon and doing some stuff around the house tonight. I thought I had until 9. I didn't, I had until 8- 20 mins. I very quickly in ten minutes grabbed my items and got out of there. When I got to the register the young brunette who was announcing store closing (manager possibly) (not sure) was super rude to me. In the midst of rushing out the door I forgot my wallet on my bed most likely when I uploaded a card to my Target account earlier. I ran to my car to make sure it wasn't in there. It wasn't. And then went back in to tell them, even though I didn't have to technically do that. It was just the correct thing to do. I asked if there were any way to hold the items until tomorrow. She very crappily and rudely told me no. I read people so it was her body language, her face. All of it just nasty. It really isn't okay to talk to people like that. She might be having a bad day but so can the person you're talking too. The correct thing to do is smile and say " I'm sorry out store policy doesn't allow that. Have a good night though, hopefully we will see you tomorrow." She needs some customer service training. Like 3 8 hours days and some role playing. She would never handle it at a more intense job. That is all.
