  We did our entire home with budget blinds and originally had no issues. We now have an issue with our shades on the sliding glass door. We have called and called and called and no one ever calls us back. Its been well over a month now.

  STAY AWAY from this company. They never call back or service their clients after you pay. Danielle is incompetent. I spent over 10,000 on blinds and one broke. It took almost a year to get a replacement and because I continued to follow up constantly but they never do. Blinds arrived but they are sitting on my floor because they will never come. You can’t even use other franchises close by bc it’s illegal so basically you are out of luck

  If I had more windows to cover, I would immediately call Budget Blinds of Northern Kentucky. Sales were not pushy and they actually listened. When measuring they sent two separate individuals at two separate times to verify accuracy. The installation was super professional and the guys were awesome. OMG I wish all the vendors/contractors I deal with were this professional. Almost forgot to mention because of their awesome service. . .our shutters look absolutely amazing!!

  We were very pleased with both the sales and installation services provided by Budget Blinds of NKY. Although not the cheapest option that we considered the faux wood blinds we chose are high quality, function well and the whole house was installed in about 3 hours. The staff are polite and pleasant to work with.
