- LRLauren RobinsonSep 17, 20261.0Not even a customer and they won't stop calling me. I've told several people that they have the wrong number, they'll stop calling for a few days, then start right back up again. And they always get an attitude like I'm lying to them. I'm sorry that someone gave them a wrong number but this needs to stop.
- CSCharles StokesSep 3, 20261.0They were supposed to pick up a recliner my wife rented. I ended up buying her one. The manager initially said 10-12 for pickup so I arranged to be late for work. 12 came and went. I called ad was told they would be there between 4-7. Here it is almost 7:30 and they still never showed. I missed a whole day of pay waiting on them only for them to not show. Thanks for costing my family $250 for me missing work. Horrible communication and service.
- AHAmber HartJul 22, 20261.0I haven’t had one positive experience with this place. Not only did I get the run around when trying to purchase a couch, everyone I called each person had a different excuse of where my furniture was the day it was being delivered. Waited all day for it and it never showed, then had to wait an extra 2 weeks for their mistake. Also, If there’s even the slightest chance you might have to make a late payment then get ready for the threatening voicemails of how your a thief and they are going to add an extra fee on top of the late fee. I’ve never dealt with a business that has such rude people as this place does. I will be paying this couch off and never using Aaron’s again. I would rather go to RAC & pay more for better quality furniture and a nicer group of people.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment). See a store associate for complete details.
