Not only did I get the run around when trying to purchase a couch, everyone I called each person had a different excuse of where my furniture was the day it was being delivered. Waited all day for it and it never showed, then had to wait an extra 2 weeks for their mistake. Also, If there’s even the slightest chance you might have to make a late payment then get ready for the threatening voicemails of how your a thief and they are going to add an extra fee on top of the late fee. I’ve never dealt with a business that has such rude people as this place does. I will be paying this couch off and never using Aaron’s again. I would rather go to RAC & pay more for better quality furniture and a nicer group of people.

Folks it's simple if you duck and dodge calling these folks and just working a solution then they are not the problem you are. Again can not thank Chris and Billy enough for working with me.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
