  I was looking for a quality brass shower curtain rod and needed it fast. When I was looking around online I found a couple of options, but ultimately chose Signature Hardware because it not only looked nice, but it was estimated that I'd receive it on 6/8. When I used the tool on their website to estimate shipping time it showed as 6/8, when I placed my order and chose my shipping option, it showed 6/8. This was far better than the 6/12 date I had through a different company. Unfortunately, the next day, when I received a shipping notification it showed that it would be delivered on 6/11. I opened a chat, interacted with Kendra D and she was able to track down the package, have it pulled, relabel it for overnight and I had my package the next day. Superb customer service, an unexpected, but very welcome resolution. Shower rod is installed and looks great! Thank you Kendra D and Signature Hardware!

  Spent over $500 on a shower pan, tried to return due to no longer needing. Unused, unopened. Tried returning within 5 days of receiving, but they want $250 for freight costs to return. Unreasonable and unwilling to work with us. A shower pan is considered a “large item”? Two of your customer service reps expressed they were surprised that it was even shipped via freight because it’s not a large item like a vanity.

  It is not very often that you are greeted on the phone with a human customer service representative anymore. Aces for that first part. The fact that she answered with a kind and polite greeting was a bonus. Signature Hardware customer service blew my mind from that point on. They knew my name by my caller ID, had my previous order information on hand instead of waiting minutes to look it up, and before I could even provide the date of purchase, after telling them what my issue was, she had ordered a replacement at no charge. Wow..wow. Amazing stuff. Keep it up.

  I visited this warehouse without an appointment, and I was really impressed by how fast they were. If you go to Building 610, they gave me a dock right away. Unloading took only about 30 to 40 minutes, which is super quick compared to other places. The employees were polite, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a really good experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!”

  We LOVE our new vanity! Our remodel took forever, but this beauty shipped super fast and was packed so well! The quality of the build is amazing. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. So glad our original, boring vanity choice was back ordered and we found Signature! Much nicer all around! It's truly a piece of furniture.
