  We got a new washer and dryer from here and had them delivered. The delivery men Isaiah and Shawn were both extremely nice and did their job very quickly. They answered any questions I had while being extremely polite.

  Great service all around. From delivery on time (right at the beginning of the delivery window). To wonderful customer service (thanks Isaiah and Shawn). Quick removal and set up. Even nice recommendations for positioning of the appliances. Also a shout out to Charlie Gilmore. Very helpful! Great experience.

  Shawn and Isaiah were like a fine tuned machine. They even had their own “language”. Within a half hour we had our old refrig removed and new refrigerator installed, as well as a new separate freezer installed

  Eric and Jack were out yesterday to install a new washer for us and they were outstanding! Very polite and knowledgeable young men who both went above and beyond for us. Could not ask for better help than what we received from Eric and Jack. Thanks fellas, congrats on that new baby, Jack, and happy birthday, Eric!

  When my washing machine went out years ago I researched the best machines available, speed queen was at the top. So, I did a quick search and found Hagedorn's Appliance was a retailer. I ordered it and it was the best purchase I could have made. Fast forward to 2022. My wife and I bought a new house and purchased both a washer and a dryer from Hagedorn's Appliance. They were friendly and very helpful. Since we hadn't moved yet I only had them deliver the appliances. I set them up when we moved in. Here we are in 2026 and the dryer stopped working yesterday. I called Hagedorn's and spoke with a very polite woman who helped find my order (even though I had forgotten some of the details). I let her know the issue and she looked everything up, determined it was in warranty and had me scheduled for the repair the next day (today). That's great service that you just don't find anymore, quick, kind and helpful. Blake was the technician that came out. He showed up early (which was a pleasant surprise) and he was more than professional, just a great person to have in your home. I tend to hover like a bee around technicians (I like to observe and learn) and many can find this annoying. I ask questions, crack jokes and try to make the experience fun for them and me. Blake was amazing about it. Rolled with my jokes and questions while explaining what the issue was. Never once did he seem annoyed or bothered by my presence. That's the kind of person I like having in my home, someone who clearly loves what they do and the people they help. I often feel like people are to expectant of the service people that come to their homes to do repairs (having once done a form of the job myself) so I like to let them know that they are free to just be themselves. You'd be surprised at how quickly they relax and often become the best tech you've ever had. So, if you're in the market for a new appliance I would more than recommend Hagedorn's, not just for their product selection but for their service, their techs and their ability to hire people who love what they do. It's worth it's weight in gold to find a company like this in todays world so I thank them for maintaining a level of service not often seen anymore.
