  We are a military family new to the area, completely unfamiliar with Kentucky, and unfamiliar with Kentucky creatures! We bought a beautiful house out in a more rural area of Elizabethtown that had been sitting vacant for quite some time. Although we love the house, it came with too many “friends!” 🕷️ Both my husband and I have done our best to clean up, and overall improve the house but I finally reached the point where I realized I needed help. After discovering more cobwebs this morning that I had previously cleaned, and tons of spider poop I decided to give this company a call. I was immediately greeted on the phone by the receptionist who had amazing customer service skills! She also let me know that they could get someone out here this afternoon because she personally wouldn’t want to have that on her mind all weekend if she was in my shoes… so refreshing to hear that and meant more to me than she even realized. As someone who’s a bit of a clean freak to a fault, and worries a bit too much about things like this, she made my entire day, weekend, month! I truly will never forget my first interaction with this company, and the exterminator showed up even earlier, and completed the service ahead of schedule. A big thank you from my family to yours. Looking forward to continuing the service from this company, prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the services being provided.

  My wife had noticed something below the bedroom window. We called BCPC to come out and let us know what our problem was, Adam was the one who came to our home and right off confirmed what we had thought, termites. Adam explained what needed to be done after his inspection of the crawl space. BCPC took very good care of our concerns & home, we would definitely recommend them to family & friends.   I called these people because I thought I found termites. I told her that I had had problems with spiders before but I had finally got rid of them but one day I might need them for that. I was concerned about the termites because I did not have a lot of money at the time. And I was only wondering how much the termites my cost that way I could save up and be able to afford it. This lady assured me that I would owe nothing they were only giving me a estimate. So when they got here their biggest concern was to spray. Didn't make sense but okay whatever she said I did not owe them that day. Well when he was finished I had to pay him $115 that day I can't sign up for a package for the year so I had to what else could I do? So they came and sprayed for bugs and spiders which I did not have. But I did have bees on my front porch so at least they got rid of something.. at least that is what I thought. Oh yeah they told me after I paid them almost every dollar I had, that they could come back and spray for termites for 244.00. that is the only reason I called them in the first place. I didn't want to say anything. I felt stupid. I wasn't going to say a word. Until I was weed eating and I got stung 8 times on my head. I didn't even realize how many other times I had been stung on my body. But yeah don't get these people! I guess my house is it going to end up destroyed because of termites. I will never ever pay an exterminator again
