    I waited 3 weeks for the delivery. I was told I would receive compensation for having to wait, but I had to wait till my order was delivered. So I waited, and waited. First i ordered with London, ky and they canceled delivery many times, so I canceled the order and ordered with danville, ky lowes. Danville lowes delivered the wrong products. I asked for compensation since my order was finally delivered. I asked for the amount of the delivery fee, and i will take care of the discrepancy from the delivery with Danville. I was given the run around. Was told i had to wait until my entire order was correct. Was told that they cant give me more than $60 for compensation. I had to cancel my landscaping team twice, which cost me $100. Now, I am scheduling a pickup for the entire order and a refund for the entire order including delivery fee. Delivered today, after my original order on april 28th. Pickup is tomorrow.

    Do not buy appliances from Lowe's I've am on my third dishwasher in 3 months first was a whirlpool and the water pump quit working after 35 days second replacement whirlpool same unit water pump quit working after 45 days now on my third dishwasher a Amana and have used it three times and the door front door leaks water out of it.

    I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I approached the PRO desk to ask for help in retrieving 100 - 8-foot boards, but I had to wait for 30 minutes while two young girls giggled at the register. I decided I had waited long enough and loaded 70 1x6x8 and 30 1x4x8 boards by myself onto two long carts. I purchased these boards from the same register where I had asked for help. I wheeled both carts to my truck and unloaded all 100 boards by myself, except for a few boards that a kind older man with a broken arm helped me with as he was walking in. Meanwhile, three male Lowe’s employees leaned up against the PRO desk with their arms crossed the entire time. We’ve given Lowe’s a lot of business within the last year while my husband and I are building our house, and this encounter has made me wish I had spent my money elsewhere.

    The Pro Desk overall is great. I work with Keaton (most often) and he is always responsive and kind. This review is a 3 star b/c 1) when I call the store the AI assistant gets in the way of me getting to a person. When I ask for the pro desk please just transfer me, I am busy and the phone tree is frustrating. 2) calling the Danville store and getting a person to answer is always a toss up! They are terrible about picking up and immediately placing on hold, multiple times. This is frustrating, especially after I just had to argue with the AI assistant to get to a person. 3) lately it seems like there is always availability issues with items I want to order. Shower doors, tile, faucets you name it, there is often an issue with the item no longer being available. 4) the delivery program is an absolute nightmare 50% of the time. They give you a 12 hour delivery window, which makes it difficult if the house is vacant. We are remodeling a house an hour away and there have been times the delivery didn't arrive until close to 8pm, obviously this is an issue. Ive had a situation where a note was omitted about leaving the garage door unlocked to leave the item, so delivery didnt occur and my project was put behind a week due to this. Trying to contact Spirit is basically impossible and there isn't anyone at Lowes in the evenings to assist with this. I understand that Lowes outsources this, but there has to be a more customer centric option that aligns with the company profitability goals.
