I rarely leave reviews but when asked to rate my experience today I was more than happy to do so. I came in to the office in Latonia, Ky today to get some information about renting one or more storage units for our business. Had planned to visit more than one business to compare prices and services. But after my experience today with Brandon, the store manager, I know this will definitely be my storage business of choice. Brandon was not like a salesman looking to make a buck, he educated me far beyond what I was expecting. He took time to show me 3 different size options, explaining the pros and cons of each, and fully explained pricing options, and I truly felt he was helping me find exactly what i needed. After speaking with my team, we will be doing business here. Brandon is a very personable and engaging person. I will enjoy doing business here.

I want to recognize Brandon in the Covington store on 35th St. for his assistance in getting me the right storage space I needed for my items. He was polite and very thorough in explaining the process. I explained what I was looking for and he was on it. I also told him we may need after hours due to our late night travels and he accompanied us with all access so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. Kodos to Brandon for everything and hope to see you soon.
