Employees are no help at all they all sit in the back with their nose stuck up in the air and mouth wide open like they’re trying to catch flies and to make it worse when you go to self checkout they stare you down like you’re a criminal and won’t even help you I had no help carrying my heavy items whatsoever and ended up dropping my phone on the ground because they made me so uncomfortable the big lady working here stands right up on me and me being someone with claustrophobia it makes me panic. I’d rather drive to London Lowe’s then EVER shop here again.

Lowe's sucks. Here are my reasons:
1. Digital inventory does not reflect real in-store inventory. Better luck getting an AC filter at Walmart than Lowe's.
2. Delivery service is awful. Fridge delivered two hours late from a 4-hour delivery window, when we received the fridge it was dented and the door handle was broken. Spoke to Lowe's supervisor before delivery and was informed there was nothing they could do. Ultimately put on hold and then hung up on (a common occurrence).
3. Lumber is awful. If you want bowed wood, Lowe's is the place for you!
4. Staff is tired and seem miserable. They try their best but I have a sneaking suspicion management bears down on them and works about half as hard.
5. Customer service policies are designed to prevent any money going away from the company and back to the customer. They do not care about anything but the dollar, no matter what they say.
6. Everything is expensive! You're not saving any money here. Spend the extra day to get the same thing delivered from Amazon for half the price.
7. You have to fight an AI for 20 minutes to get in touch with an associate who ultimately "puts you on hold" and hangs up on you.
Spend your money somewhere else if you care about anything other than immediate convenience.
Edit: Lowe's failed to deliver another delivery on time. Didn't have enough of the pavers that's they claimed they did. They only had a week and a half to figure it out, but I guess that's not enough.

Laziest freaking employees I have ever seen. They just stand around chatting when you’re trying to ask for help. Won’t even acknowledge you. The store manager should be embarrassed about his employees, but as you know, “It starts at the top”.
