  "Little" Mike did a great job. When he came a few days earlier to give me an estimate, he explained exactly what he would do. He returned to complete my job and was in and out in no time. He is very professional. He has a great personality and his smile tells me he enjoys his job.

  Michael Barnhart came to check my dishwasher. Found it is getting water so he told me about THRIFT. He explained how it works and where I could purchase it. But Even Better---he told me about your product called ENDURE and how fabulous it works, how Easy it is to keep my drains running smoothly. He is super courteous and very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and waited while I wrote i wrote things down. I would recommend him to any and all your customers! He is awesome!!

  Justin came to my house for an after hours plumbing call and stayed until almost 10:00 working to resolve what has turned out to be a major major plumbing problem. Justin worked with Roger the first night diligently trying to resolve the issue and found the problem was more than could be fixed in a single night, he came back the next morning first thing with Corbin and stayed literally the entire day and found the extent of the issue was as deep as needing major components replaced. Even with an expensive negative piece of news telling me what I’m in for, he laid out all the next steps, was so thorough and straight forward while truly looking out for my best interests and looking out for my wallet. I cannot say enough kind words about Justin and how thrilled I am with is work and customer centric go above and beyond reproach to the job and his customer. He truly treats your house and stuff as if it was his own and treats the customer how he would want to be treated. At every opportunity where a corner could be cut or the easy way taken he instead bent over backwards to exhaust all possibilities and confirm that the next step was the very best option and the right choice. I felt very confident in Justin and Corbin’s work as well as Roger. Justin made a bad situation a good situation. 10/10 for Justin and Corbin and Roger. Great guys hard workers great customer service. Thanks Justin!!!
