- WGWes GrimesMay 3, 20262.0Bought a deep freezer on Saturday, was told delivery would cost $79. Okay, paid for the freezer for delivery on Wednesday. I changed my mind on buying the freezer so went back on Sunday ( the very next day) to get a refund. The girl at the counter told me that it would have to be delivered to me, then returned to the store by me in order to get the refund. I thought this was strange, felt that the delivery could be canceled and a full refund given, including the delivery charge. I decided to call Lowe's customer service while at the store. I was able to cancel my order successfully, with a full refund. Why could this not be done at store level? Any major purchases in the future will be done elsewhere.

I have had bad experiences before with rude associates and today was another one. The lady back in lumber told us that we couldn’t have the buggy that was back in the isle. Told us not to take it cause it was for customer orders. Didn’t offer to find us one or even offer to help us carry our boards to the check out. Over the past month we have spent over $1000 in this store and to be treated this way is unacceptable. Never again will I spend a dime in this store

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
