  We always have the greatest experience with Pye Barker. The ease of having an on-site inspection of our extinguishers is the biggest relief for us, especially since we have so many which need inspected every year. Speaking of yearly inspection, we are always on the schedule so when our inspection is due, Pye Barker automatically puts us on the list and has the technician contact us to make the appointment. That certainly takes one thing off my plate of "to dos"! Jeremy has been to our Showalter Fireworks headquarters location the past two years and before him, we had Beau. Both have been extremely polite and knowledgeable and take great pride in their job. If our extinguishers are due for maintenance, that is communicated well and is always done plenty in advance so we are not without our extinguishers when they are needed. Contacting Pye Barker is always easy, too. The receptionists are always polite and helpful. Any year we have needed new extinguishers or brackets, if we call prior to our inspection and ask for those items to be brought by the technician, they are accommodating and always bring what we need or order our needs and deliver them when they come available. I highly recommend Pye Barker for any of your fire extinguisher needs. Not only for their customer service, knowledge, kindness, and ease of inspections, but their competitive pricing, too.

  Jeremy has been out several times to service our extinguishers, always friendly and thorough. No issues with fire department inspections with them inspecting our equipment.

  Our office building recently had their extinguishers inspected by Jeremy. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Did his job very efficiently and all extinguishers were quickly placed back in service.
