We have absolutely enjoyed having a storage unit with these guys. All the ladies we've dealt with have been super nice and as helpful as they possibly can be. I would definitely recommend these guys.

On 10/02/2026 Shanna assisted me in setting up my unit on hydraulic. She was amazing, she is patient, thorough, kind and reminds me of how customer service was when I was growing up! It is such a rarity, she enjoys her work, she always has a beautiful smile and greets her customers with a smile and by name! She is truly a diamond!

I can't say enough good things about Max Storage, and especially about Shana! Every time I've needed help, Shana has gone above and beyond — always with a smile and genuine compassion. It's rare to find someone who cares that much about doing right by her customers. Whether it's a quick question or something more complicated, Shana takes the time to make sure everything is handled right. She's the kind of person who makes you feel like your things are in good hands, not just another transaction. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it's the people — Shana in particular — who make this place stand out. If you're looking for a storage facility where the staff actually cares about you, look no further. Highly recommend Max Storage!
