- DODeborah Ozbun4 days ago1.0Our stove went out the week before we have a massive gathering planned. I searched on line and Lowes offered delivery the next day. East Wichita Lowe's was the place that called me and confirmed the delivery. Next morning they called to tell me 'they forgot to put it on the truck'. They rescheduled the delivery for the following Wednesday because I really needed the stove so I could cook for this gathering. Called me about 2 hours later and said 'whoever told you we could deliver on Wednesday was wrong. We can't. We ended up having to make the trip into town to get the new stove. Not at all happy with the way the East Wichita Lowe's mishandled my order.

I think if you’re going to be working in retail, at least be a little knowledgeable where the main products are (vegetable plants).

I was very disappointed with the service. However, I called and talked to the manager Cody at the E. Kellogg location and he took care of everything. He even went out of his way to replace the boxes and deliver me new ones. I am currently, in the process of moving and I appreciate him going the extra mile.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
