    Worst drop and hook I have done for Lowes. Drivers make sure to get there at the time your appointment is set. They won’t take you in until then even when your other trailer is already empty. Had to sit for 7.5 hours, all three docks were open only one truck showed up while I was there. Took them longer to cut the seal and give me my paperwork than for me to drop my loaded trailer and hook up to my empty. Ended up missing my next load appointment.

    I recently ordered a stove on line for delivery. The East Wichita Lowes scheduled a timely delivery for me then 'forgot to put it on the truck' Called me back, rescheduled and canceled again. I was very distraught by the time time I walked into the West Wichita Lowes to pick up the stove I really needed for an upcoming family reunion at my house. Bre, at the pro service desk found me a place to sit and offered me a cold water, and tissues. Then she took control of my bad situation and made sure I spoke the right person to correct it, Nick. Nick found the appliance I needed and compensated me for the frustration and inconvenience of the situation. The staff at West Wichita Lowes truly went above and beyond to make this customer happy. I only wish I could give them 10 stars!

    Very dissatisfied with the overall service at the store and with credit services. The salesman in the appliance department didn't act like he wanted to work at all; my wife had to go get him off his computer to help us. There were also many other couples perusing the appliance department - all looking for help! We had come from the other NW Wichita store since they didn't have the dishwasher we wanted in stock, and knew exactly what we wanted. At the time of purchase, he confirmed what the other saleswoman at the other store told us - that we would get a 20% new cardholder discount of $100, with the added 6-month no interest - WRONG! You only get one or the other. Plus, they work with Synchrony financial who is terrible to work with. Very disappointed overall - get your act together, Lowes!

    If it takes 6 hours to collect 4 bags and sand and 2 bags of cement then you need to hire employees who will actually work instead of avoiding customers and ignoring them. Let alone the excuse that you now have 70 orders and there’s literally no one putting the orders together to be picked up.

    Was given a before 1pm delivery time for a new riding mower, even recieved multiple confirmation emails saying by 1pm and yet the night before delivery i get one saying before 5pm. Not only that but we are the last delivery of the day. Manager at this store should be replaced
