This must seem like a regular thing lowes does SMH. My husband and I went to buy wood. The stack of wood that was there, the price tag said $2. And some change. We said perfect and bought 6 of them. We of course had self tap screws and more different wood with our things. So when we checked out, we didn't think twice about the price. We get home. We start working and decided to go buy more wood. My husband looked at the receipt to see how many more of those $2. And some change wood would cost us and he came inside shocked. We got charged $9. And some change PER wood. Other customers have experienced the same and this time it was us for our first time. When my husband went back for wood, he talked to customer service asking why the price change. The lady seemed like it was not an issue and said oh well. There's nothing we can do about. Lowes limits what we can do.
We are done going there. Sad and ridiculous Corporate treat their customers this way. Tricking you! This wasnt one or two in the pile with the $2 peice tag, it was a WHOLE STACK!

The worst customer service experience I have had in a long time! The other lowes locations in town even acknowledge that they get complaints about the ridge location all the time. None of the employees are helpful or seem to be knowledgeable enough to sale a nail! 👎👎

I have NEVER encountered a store full of people who care this little about customers. Every company makes mistakes, it's how they fix them that matters. EVERY employee I spoke to in this store "not my problem"

A crew of us from Stover's Restoration, stopped in to pick up ceiling tiles. We needed them ASAP for a commercial job we were working on. There weren't any on the floor, but Dean moved us to the front of the line, so that we could get taken care of. Nick, using the forklift, was able to get the ceiling tiles from a top shelf, so that we could expedite getting in and out of the store. First rate customer service! :)

This was the 2nd day in a row that I came in and waited over 30 minutes to have wire cut. Both times I asked for help, was told to go stand by the wire and wait for someone. Today while waiting I had multiple employees walk by and look at me. Not once was I ever asked if I needed help or was waiting on help. I was never able to get my wire as nobody ever came to assist me. Extremely poor customer service for the electrical department. I will happily drive out of my way to find a Home Depot or Ace Hardware.
