    Ethan made the process very easy. He was helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to bring fabric samples home to make sure we were happy with the fabric and color. La-Z-Boy make great quality products, that's why we keep coming back.

    Had a chair that I really liked on clearance, and they made me an offer for it to where I had to grab it. It is very much loved and used by me and my demonkitty Gamora.

    We were satisfied with the sales experience. Communication post sale was less than optimal. We made an initial payment as requested. When they called to say our chairs had been shipped, they requested the remaining balance. When I said I would pay the balance when I took delivery that seemed to be an issue, but they made that happen when I said my preference was to pay when I picked up our order. When I arrived to pick up the chairs, they said if I paid by check I would have to wait 10 days… after I had them loaded. When the store called to tell me the chairs were in and ready for pick up I asked if I needed to call ahead, I was told, and I quote, “No, just show up and pull around back to pick them up.” The sales person who found us at the door was surprised we were there and asked if I had called ahead. It is a good thing the chairs were not exceedingly heavy as my wife and I practically loaded them ourselves with some help from the sales lady who was there. We are happy with our chairs. We are glad we purchased Lazy Boy. The communication around customer service post sale was not good.
