  I was in and out in 20 minutes. The salesman was very kind and helpful. He listened to what I was wanting and led me to the right chair.

  We purchased 2 recliners which took almost 9 whole weeks for them to get in. We couldn’t have them delivered because we were 9 miles outside of the delivery area. We asked for a gas allowance to go pick them up. Not allowed. When we arrived there to pick the chairs up we were told we had to load them ourselves. The recliners were not in a box nor did they have any plastic to cover them with while transporting them in our pickup. Unbelievable! Our plans were to purchase a couch after receiving the recliners, but that certainly won’t be happening at least from there. It seems that if you are purchasing $2800 of furniture you should receive better customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

  The staff were all great willing to help when we asked, but also allowed us adequate time to view and try out chairs on our own.

  Excellent service, answered every question and if he didn’t know, he asked. I was not pressured just Great service, and very Friendly totally satisfied with the experience.

  The recliners we chose were of good quality and workmanship. We did make a purchase but the 4 to 6 week wait for our recliners is a real draw back. I almost decided to go elsewhere but due to other circumstances I chose to wait. So understand that there is a substantial delay in receiving your purchase.
