  Bought my first piece of furniture for my apartment at a reasonable price since there was a sale going on for 30% off for everything. Representatives there assisted me with the pricing and payment of the furniture as well as shipping. Had everything there from recliner seats, loveseats, couches, and bedding for those who have apartments and/or houses. Also, each piece of furniture will have the price on one side and the dimensions on the other as well.

  Our salesman was great. He was only one working and there were Numerous customers and he was able to move around and help all of us, answering questions and making suggestions. We purchased 4 recliners. He sent us home with our fabric samples, and we returned the next day with our choices. He had started a cart so we were in and out order completed in about 15 minutes

  The sales person was friendly and knew the product i wanted and needed. I had looked on line so it helped that the sales person was well informed. We have not received out couch yet but can't wait.

  Service at the store was good. However delivery was not. Paperwork via internet they had for me to sign was in a foreign language. Furthermore the chair was damaged and I was told they would report it and someone would call to arrange the repair. After waiting 2 weeks I called Lazy boy in Wichita and am now in the process of waiting another 12 days for a repair person to show up. In my estimation a chair that costs $2600 should be in perfect condition and have a delivery crew that speaks my language and gives excellent customer service. I am very disappointed. Hopefully, they will be able to repair the chair, but I am not holding my breath at this point.
