  Xavier was awesome help! Left us alone while we made own decisions, which is the way I prefer to be. When we're ready he jumped in and took great care of us. Glad we went there.

  I had 30 minutes before they closed to find the chair I wanted. They did bot make me feel rushed and pointed out good choices. My husband said “Start sitting! See which one you like. 😊” There were lots of choices and I found a great Lazy Boy that was discounted. They were friendly and helpful even at the end of the day. I love, love my chair too!!

  We came in to buy a loveseat and the sales associate listened to what we wanted and told us where we would find what we were looking for. He then let us look. He came around and answered some questions and then let us look some more. We ended up choosing the Florence loveseat. All in all it was a great shopping experience. The loveseat we got was reasonably priced and I would recommend Furniture Row to friends. We also lucked out it was $100 off and can be delivered in 2 weeks. So those facts were also a win!!!!

  Looked weeks ago, met with Brad, he allowed us to look around and was available when we finally had questions. After thinking and measuring we decided to follow up with him while we were out of town. Again he answered our questions and even set up for us to follow up with Xaiver since he was going to be out of town when we were going to stop by. Met with Xavier he also answered our questions and was able to complete our purchase. It was nice not to be pressured or followed around when all we wanted to do was look. We went back to Brad just because of this. Thank you.

  We stopped by your store on a whim while looking to replace some broken furniture. When we arrived, there were no staff available to assist us. We waited near the item we were interested in and, after receiving no response, walked around the store several times trying to locate a sales associate. It appeared that the sales staff did not have time to help us. Eventually, we approached the counter and were assisted promptly once an employee finished helping another customer. Michael Thompson was very friendly and happy to help. However, a colleague audibly sighed/scoffed when we chose to complete the purchase with this him. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. We completed our purchase on February 17, with an estimated lead time of two weeks. The delivery date was repeatedly pushed back, and after it became clear the items could not be delivered in a reasonable timeframe, we opted to pick them up ourselves on March 19 (6 of the 8 items ordered). While the other 2 items were on backorder, we called multiple times to follow up on the order status, assuming that Furnitue Row had to issue a Purchase Order for those items. My calls were consistently ignored. On the occasions when the phone was answered, the call was immediately disconnected. I called six different times simply to check on the status of the order. It was not until April 6, when I blocked my number, that the store answered the phone on the first ring. Once the items arrived, I was not notified that they were available to pick up. Although I understand some of their delivery personnel resigned during this timeframe, the entire experience was extremely frustrating and fell well below reasonable expectations for customer service. Michael Thompson was the only person that made this experience somewhat ok. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Michael.
