Called this place by mistake thank goodness because the condescending tone when you are talking to this guy about making an appointment was enough to steer me away. I thought to myself, I have been here before and I don't remember the guy being so rude to me on the phone, especially because I was only asking to get a key reprogrammed and appointment time if I needed one. If you want a good deal; Go to Central lock and Key, they are so kind and helpful and have basic phone etiquette with potential and repeat customers. I wasn't surprised to see multiple reviews of my same complaint and it's saying a lot when I barely write google reviews. I also see he replies to the bad ones with the tongue sticking out emoji like he doesn't care about how he comes off. Wish you a good day regardless and thanks for leaving a bad taste in my mouth without ever stepping through the door.

This is the spot to get all of your keys. Back when I operated a car dealership, this was my first stop whenever I needed a key. I still come here for any house or auto keys I need. You will not be disappointed. Best key spot in town!
