  Went in the store to see what they had in the way of comfortable beds, Ira showed us around, asked a couple of questions, had us try a bed that fit our needs. We looked at some other beds and tried them, but every time we were more comfortable on the first bed we tried. I’m not big on people greeting me right away making me feel pressured, Ira wasn’t like that at all, matter of fact, it was like visiting with a friend that we hadn’t seen in years, no pressure just sound advice, he listened to our questions and concerns and was able to answer them and address every concern, and we were happy leaving with a new bed to be delivered soon.
