  I had purchased my blinds for my entire house in November 2021. I have come across a couple issues with one of the powered blinds not workin I called and spoke to Joy and she went above and beyond and is sending me out A new blind. She returned my call right away! I have been extremely pleased right from the beginning with their customer service! I would highly recommend Budget Blinds out of Wichita!

  Budget blinds is the best.. we had a bit of trouble with one of the blinds, but they stood behind their work and their product and went above and beyond to make it right. We will be using them again for blinds for the bedroom.. Great job BBW.
