  We contacted Budget Blinds when we first bought our home. We had lovely shades put in in several rooms, and it was so easy. But after several years we decided to remodel, and Budget Blinds helped us again with adding all new shutters on all our windows! They are so beautiful and we didn't have to lift a finger!   I ordered the exact same blinds I had in some windows in my house to finish off my other windows. When they came, they didn’t match. Woops. Manufacturer changed the color but kept the same name. I contacted BB and they came and had a look. Yep. Definitely didn’t match. Manufacturer sent a rep out and they replaced every single blind in our house to a new color so everything would match. Wonderful customer service for something that wasn’t their fault. The installer was also top notch. I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone.

  From the day I saw Budget Blinds on Facebook and made the first call to the completion of the installation, we’ve been completely satisfied. The lady that set up our appointment was very nice. Jerry was the salesman who came out for our free consultation. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. He helped us choose the correct texture, the right light filtering amount. And the perfect color that flowed with our decor. Truly a good sales person!! Jackson was our installer. A very nice, polite young man who greeted us with respect. Did his work exceptionally well and cleaned up every bit of wrap that protected the blinds during shipment. He explained everything we needed to know regarding correct use of the blinds, cleaning, and our warranty. Such a pleasant guy. Jerry and Jackson are true assets to your business!!
