  I'd give this company zero stars if I could.... absolutely horrible experience. ZERO dependability. Told me the tech would be 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called and they told me the tech was on the way and they would have the tech call me to let me know the E.T.A. The tech never called or showed up. Thank God I had called another company to come out because the Dog locked in the car was in danger..... I'd recommend calling a local locksmith if you can because the national chain is horrible.

  They sent a technician, charged a $50 fee. He was drunk and said minimum cost to open my back door would be $160. He never tried to open it with any method other than drilling both the deadbolt and the handle, no replacements, and charged us $500. The handle wasn't even locked in the first place, just the deadbolt.

  I love that you can create an account t and save your key profiles, so that you don’t need to have a physical key on hand to cut a new one in the future

  Keys were easy to copy and worked fine! And there’s a backup copy saved if we lose the new one.
