A door was damaged and the molding was the wrong size. The department responsible for getting these ordered was a disaster. It took 6 months of getting the run around to finally get the parts.
- NFNolan FinnMay 9, 20261.0MICHEAL is a jerk. The store has some really good employees and I’ve gotten everything from the store, including my home remodel stuff, smoker, grill, all the ego tools. However, when myEgo chainsaw stopped working after using it twice. I took it back to Lowe’s and the guy at returns happily told me to go grab another one. When I went back to grab someone to unlock the ego chainsaws, Michael stepped in with zero customer service and said I needed to call ego themselves. He gave me the number and I sat on hold with ego for 42 minutes in their store before finally giving up and taking my broken leaking chainsaw back. I told Michael after this experience it’s Home Depot from here on out. The funny thing is is I need to replace my grill so guess where I’m heading now, Home Depot!

He is by far one of the creepiest and most unsettling people I’ve ever encountered. His behavior made me feel unsafe, and I would strongly advise women not to come here alone on weekends. I honestly don’t understand why he is still employed.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
