    The customer service and communication is lacking. I've really tried. The planning process was great and the 2 gals were so helpful with the designing of my cabinets/counters. The customer service desk and who ever the manager on duty was today lost a customer for good. Less then impressed. An order almost 10k and the orders were all wrong when we picked them up, the staff were all grouchy that we were picking then items up, they were fighting with each other over who was at fault. And then now, 3 days later my direct ship items were delivered to the wrong address and the customer service gals at the desk were completely clueless and the "manager" on duty has absolutely 0 skills and refused to send me to any department that could answer any of my questions bc he was completely clueless as well. I ended up being on hold w/ 1800 for them to find out items wer3 shipped to the store and the manager had them all along. Will forever be a Menards and Home Depot customer!! Crazy this is how pro account holders get treated.... never again.

    We paid a deposit on countertop in December 2025. When the guy came to measure, he told us he couldn't complete the measurements until after the cabinet installation was complete. The cabinet job wasn't completed until MARCH 9th. After waiting a couple weeks and hearing nothing, I drove from Junction City to find out what was causing the delay. One of the two ladies I spoke with stated she didn't know the cabinet installation had taken place but would get the guy out to measure. It didn't happen. After several days, I called again. This time, she told me the job had been cancelled. When I asked by whom, she insisted I had cancelled. I explained that was a mistake and assured her I had not canceled because the cabinet installer had ripped up and off countertop and backsplash. No way would I have cancelled. After WEEKS of going back and forth with them, I called the countertop installer. They didn't have a cancellation on their end and was waiting to hear from Lowe's. After a lot of digging around, someone from customer solutions found the mistake. Lowes was looking at a cancellation job from the PREVIOUS SUMMER. The entire time they were acting like I was trying to be shady (they insisted they gave me a refund), they were the ones in the wrong. We finally get the guy out to measure and he tells me Lowes should contact me within 2 days with an estimate. That didn't happen. So as of APRIL 28, 2026, I have all my pots and pans in boxes, a new sink and faucet sitting in the floor, and a half demolished kitchen. Again, they received my deposit in DECEMBER. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!! If you are considering using them...REconsider!!!

    I recently moved and having a local home improvement center is convenient! I normally haven't ordered online items but found it easier than walking around being compelled to buying everything I see and want. I made a huge online order to landscape my yard, as everything was healthy and quality was high!

    Things changed since I was last there customer service was bad especially cash girl to sorry but I diffently won't go back and not recommend 😠
