  We bought new locks for our home and decided to get three spares made. The new keys are a battle to lock and unlock with, and are bordering on unusable. The originals are smooth and easy. Very bad quality on the replacement cuts. On a positive note, the keys were reasonably priced and were copied reasonably quickly. We will certainly not be using this service again, and will have to have copies made elsewhere. Edit: after sending in a feedback/complaint form, they nearly immediately refunded our purchase. That is excellent.

  Claimed to have the "best" and most "competitive" pricing in Salina. To have a car unlocked to retrieve a car 10 minutes away in salina it will be $150, she then told me she could find a better price and gave me a total of $130. She tried to justify it by saying they offer the "quickest" and "best" pricing. Every other location in salina severely undercuts this business.
