Yesterday, we went in to find a uniquely shaped fluorescent Lightbulb.
We prefer Lowes to other home improvement stores for a number of reasons, but primarily because it is always clean, feels bright & organized, and tends to offer more products in our design preference.
I’ve been going to this Lowes for at least 10 years, maybe more. I’ve never had to wait long for assistance from knowledgeable employees. In fact, just yesterday, three different employees approached us to assist locating items, answer any questions, and when leaving, someone else checked to sure we found everything.
Woman assisting the self-serve checkouts even mentioned how much she loved working there, and attributed the environment to longevity of her awesome store manager. just seems people say so few positive things these days so I wanted to throw that in there. Nice to be surrounded by positive people

I had the best experience on two occasions shopping at Lowes . One at Lowes in Roeland Park with Linda. Great customer service.
Next, at Lowes on Metcalf… Bill helped me with a GE Microwave. he was so knowledgable and kind to work with… it was perfect for the new home and it was on sale as well!

Unfortunately, this last experience at the lowe's store in a roe park was very disappointing and frustrated. I'm actually a pretty calm person but I very frustrating and angry.
I tried using the app for payment and for some reason or another my account with fraud. Which I found out after I left the store. I purchased the items with my Debit card. And then realized I forgot something, so I went into the store to purchase What I forgot. Again, I tried to use my card. Seeing how the fraud was cleared off of it.And unfortunately it came up fraudulent again. The manager came over and instead of him being like, hey, let me see if I can help you out. Gosh, I'm really sorry. This is happening.He looked at me and goes.What do you want me to do about it.
While I understand his abilities are limited, but what was really frustration was the attitude that this young man gave me? And instead of having some level of sincerity or concern, he just blew me off and walked away. As i'm talking to the head manager, i'm looking over the head manager's shoulder.As this young man is smirking at me and sort of smiling. It was very frustrating and very upsetting. I realized that this young man couldn't have changed the situation, but the overall attitude He had, " Like I don't give a crap" was very unprofessional and unfortunately I will never go to this store again. Hopefully this will be read by someone that cares and not some lame young man that does not

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
