- DDDoloresJun 14, 20261.0I cannot recommend this company. After an initial visit for a fireplace remodel, I needed someone to return to assess additional repairs for the project. Upon being scheduled to come back out, the employee (Tom Sapir) went off on me, became highly unprofessional, and essentially refused to do a follow-up assessment. I am very disappointed by this aggressive behavior and lack of customer service. I reported this to an individual who identified himself as the owner (Mike) and did not receive a resolution. I took my business elsewhere! Update: Thank you for your response. However, I stand by my review. This incident absolutely occurred as stated above. My intention in leaving this review is simply to warn other customers about the disrespectful treatment I received. Since management is not addressing the reality of the situation, I consider the matter closed, but hope this serves as constructive feedback for your customer service standards.
