This review is not about customer service or a purchase. It is specifically about the Lowe’s Kids Workshop at this location, and I want to congratulate the person or team responsible for organizing it.
Lowe’s Kids Workshops have always been one of my favorite activities to do with my kids, but after visiting different locations, I can say that the experience is definitely not the same everywhere. Some Lowe’s stores are barely prepared for the workshop, and I have even visited locations where they did not have proper tables for the kids to build their projects.
This location is completely different.
The organization, preparation, setup, and overall atmosphere are phenomenal. You can clearly see that someone is putting real effort into making this a special experience for the children instead of simply handing them a kit.
The kids have a comfortable place to work, everything feels organized, and the activity actually feels like an event created for them. As a parent, that makes a huge difference.
I used to say Lowe’s Kids Workshops were my favorite, but now I can honestly say that the Kids Workshop at THIS Lowe’s is my favorite. This store has earned my loyalty because of the effort they put into creating a great experience for families.
Kids remember these moments. They remember building something with their own hands, using the tools, following the instructions, and feeling proud when they finish their project. These workshops encourage creativity, patience, confidence, and an interest in building.
I especially want Lowe’s management to recognize whoever is responsible for this workshop. The difference between this location and some other Lowe’s stores is incredible.
Other locations should honestly look at what this store is doing and use it as an example of how the Kids Workshop should be organized.
Five stars for the Lowe’s Kids Workshop at this location. Phenomenal job. Please keep it going!

Extremely frustrating experience with Lowe’s. I purchased two toilets for over $2,100, and one arrived missing the tank lid and installation hardware (Lowe's contractor had to install using their hardware, which I don't think fits), with a defective flush handle that causes the toilet to keep running.
It has been nearly a month, three visits to customer service, and multiple emails, and I still don’t have the missing lid, even though the toilet is currently listed as in stock.
For a $2,100+ purchase, I expected Lowe’s to take ownership of delivering a complete, functioning product. Nearly a month without a resolution is unacceptable.

Great service, in-stock and prices. Plus - I appreciate the military discount. I first went to your competitor across the street for patio blocks. They were out of stock on simple pavers I wanted and had poor selection. I went to your Lowes and had an excellent customer experience - warm greeting, tons of options & excellent in-stock. I selected a product that was actually better and cheaper than your competitor. Associate offered me help to load. Really excellent customer experience and far superior than your competitor across the street.

I purchased a weed-eater on Friday, July 24, 2026 to be delivered. the window was ~1-1:30. watched the tracking and when it appeared he was outside I walked out and nope, no driver or product. I have spent the last 48 hours trying to get someone on the phone who can help me. I am a disabled senior citizen and driving to the store is very difficult. I did get someone to answer, I think her name was Mary. she said "it appears the driver took off with your weed-eater, I promise, I can fix this. I promise I will call you back in 30 minutes" no solution, no call back. so i'm out the $ and I have no weed-eater and there is NO ONE at OP Lowes who cares. when this is over, I will ensure all future business goes elsewhere. no company is too big to fail. SO disappointed. signed, military vet, former Lowe's employee.

Thus far I have no good feelings associated with this location. Terrible first impression. As I was pulling into the parking lot I drove through the loading bay, past the main entrance, and into my space. From there I was rudely chased down by an overly expressive female employee who went on a rant of how I shouldn’t have gone through the bay because I could have hit someone if they were walking. Well I’m equally likely if not more to hit someone in the actual lot because that’s where people are walking… so not sure what she was on about but unfortunately this is the kind of “customer service” you should expect to receive if you go here via a motor vehicle.
