    Just had the most amazing experience with a salesperson at the Home Goods Olathe! On a busy Mother’s Day weekend, we went in looking for a bedskirt. Not only did the sales associate help us look for one, but she ended up finding one after we had given up and caught us as we were walking out the door. I don’t know if I’ve ever had that happen! I wish I had gotten her name. Employee of the Year as far as I’m concerned! Will definitely be back!

    “My recent visit was very disappointing due to an interaction with the store manager, Al. I asked about the availability of a specific chair piece, and while I understand items can be out of stock, his response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. As I was preparing to ask a follow-up question, he commented, ‘you can smile all you want, it isn’t going to change the fact the chair isn’t here,’ which felt unprofessional and uncalled for. I had a cart full of items and was ready to make a purchase, but the interaction left me uncomfortable enough to put everything back and leave. It’s unfortunate, as the store has a great selection, but customer service like this makes it hard to return.”

    I needed to return an item today that I no longer had the receipt for, but the staff was very helpful and courteous. Because I'm an Insider Perks member, they applied credit back to my credit card and all was well. Yay!

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
